Role: Facilities Administrator
Location: Norwood, MA (Open for relocation candidates from the East side)

Summary
Provide administrative support to Facility Management team within a Pharmaceutical facility, including reporting, payment, work order processing.
In addition, provide an effective and professional Help Desk service for all facility users, including taking phone calls, emails, processing work order request, scheduling and purchase order requests.
Description
- Work with Facility team to provide administrative support services to the team.
- Act as professional point of liaison on behalf of Equans Inc dealing with all telephone and enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Receive phone calls or other contact and log them on the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Determine and assign type and priority of requests to ensure the work goes to the appropriate trade with the appropriate priority level, knowing when to escalate for immediate attention or supervisor intervention.
- Support the planned maintenance programme by generating work orders and entering details into the system when complete.
- Manage all purchasing orders and work with Accounts Payable and Receivable to ensure invoices are submitted in accordance with contractual requirements.
Requriment
High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
CMMS (Maximo) experience preferred.
1-2 years of experience in progressive administrative roles , including supporting management and handling complex administrative tasks.
Proven experience in handling calls and emails , managing communications efficiently, and scheduling meetings across various platforms.
Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyze data and create accurate reports.
Excellent report writing abilities , with a focus on clear, concise, and professional communication.
