We are seeking a Assistant Branch Manager for our Valrico location to join our team! The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition, this candidate is responsible for assisting our Branch Manager with all operations of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
• Assist with the hiring and training employees as needed
• Supervise up to 30 employees and subcontractors across all branch departments
• Monitor schedule to ensure resources are meeting branch goals at optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Forecast personnel needs, recruitment and hiring
• Track monthly results and trends and make adjustments to operations as needed
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Manage company assets which include building, fleet, tools, equipment, inventory and personnel
• Work with team to collect payment for work completed
• Assist the Branch Manager with all other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, preferred
• 2+ years' of management or supervisory experience, preferred
• Experience hiring and training individuals
• Previous experience in running an operation
• Business acumen to assist in the operation of a branch
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
