Residential Case Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Residential Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in North Philadelphia. This will be 100% onsite and a direct hire opportunity for our client.

This position will be focused on assisting a caseload of clients with supportive services including immediate healthcare, behavioral health, and housing needs. Individuals interested in this position must be compassionate and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple clients throughout the week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 1 year case management experience
• Proficiency working within multiple software systems including Microsoft Office
