Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Manage and maintain the Founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and professional representation.
  • Prepare, review, and edit documents, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with special projects and provide additional administrative support to the office, including planning company parties and supporting employee engagement initiatives.


Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
