Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage and maintain the Founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and professional representation.
- Prepare, review, and edit documents, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with special projects and provide additional administrative support to the office, including planning company parties and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
