Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in investment banking and a strong interest in the industrial, healthcare, and business services sectors. As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Perform detailed industry research and market analysis to identify trends and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of transactions, including negotiations, structuring, and closing.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio company performance, providing strategic and operational support as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement value creation plans for portfolio companies.
  • Maintain and build relationships with industry experts, advisors, and other key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to the industrial, healthcare, or business services sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
