We are partnered with one of the most long-standing General Contractors that operate across the Carolinas, due to a recent promotion within the business they're looking to fill a Senior Project Manager position.

They undertake a broad variety of projects such as within the Healthcare, Education, Multi Family, Senior Living, Retail sectors and more. These projects consist of ground-up and renovation projects up to $80m in value.

What makes this role so interesting: This position has a clear path to Project Director in the near future, so if you're a Sr Project Manager or seasoned Project Manager looking for that next step, this could be ideal for you.

Salary: Up to $150,000

Benefits: 10% discretionary bonus, auto-allowance, Healthcare, Dental and Vision

Experienced preferred: It would be preferable if you are working for a general contractor local to the Charlotte area and have widespread experience across a variety of commercial sectors.
