  • Lead and develop a team of 58 employees, including 8 department leaders and 50 associates.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align operations with production targets and address challenges.
  • Implement and refine processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and scalability as the company continues to grow.
  • Monitor workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and performance-driven results.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including output, efficiency, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, such as Manufacturing Operations Manager, Production Manager, or Production Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance and operational improvements.
  • Experience navigating high-growth phases in a small-to-midsize manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, process-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing best practices, efficiency optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan with company match.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.

If you’re ready to take on a leadership role in a growing company and make a meaningful impact on its operations, we’d love to hear from you!
