We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of non-exempt manufacturing personnel engaged in instrument final assembly manufacturing across various product lines. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing workflow. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide direction to non-exempt manufacturing personnel.
• Oversee instrument final assembly manufacturing processes for multiple product lines.
• Coordinate day-to-day production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Provide input on manufacturability, ergonomics, test improvements, routings, and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Operate and manage the department within the allocated budget.
• Work closely with other departments to improve workflow and resolve production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Must be willing to work on a 2nd shift as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ergonomics, and capacity planning.
• Ability to coordinate and optimize daily production activities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Budget management experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in instrument final assembly manufacturing.
• Knowledge of test improvements and routings.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
