Title : Staff Software Engineer

Salary Range : $230K - $+300k

Role Overview

We are looking for staff software engineers interested in designing elegant solutions for difficult problems in the autonomy space. Our software engineers work across our suite of products, tackling difficult full-stack, infrastructure, robotics, and graphics problems. Here, we encourage engineers to take ownership of technical and product decisions, interact closely with users to collect feedback and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Work across our entire stack to develop new products, features, and tools for our customers' autonomy development workflows
• Identify and scope complex engineering challenges, design elegant solutions, and lead implementation across tea
• ms.Influence the technical strategy of the team when balancing work on new features, scaling challenges, and technical debt.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of experience shipping complex software - open to frontend, backend, full-stack, infra/cloud.
• Production experience writing in C++, Py thon, TypeScript , or Golang .
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions to complex architectural problems.
• CS degree from top university is a plus
• Startup experience (seed - Series B), founder or founding engineer experience a big plus.
• Working knowledge of frontend, API layer, containerization, or cluster orchestration frameworks (such as React, GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes
