The Server is responsible for preparing the dining room for service, table maintance and contributing to the general flow of the restaurant.

They should have ability to provide the highest standard of service, superior communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organization skills and the ability to handle a high volume environment.  They should have a curiosity in the menu and be hospitality focused with room to grow.
