Opening for General Surgery PA in Albany, NYFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking General Surgery PA to join team in Albany, New YoriOverview:- Responsibilities include first assisting, admissions, and rounding on the campus of Hospital in Albany, NY.- Schedule: PA coverage is 2 12-hour shifts and 2 8-hour shifts- Weekends: 1:4 rotation.Requirements:- Active NYS licensure and DEA certification.- Graduation from an AMA-approved program with Board Certification.- Open to experienced candidates and new graduates.Recruitment Package:- $15,000 Bonus (divided as follows: $5,000 Starting, $5,000 Retention, and $5,000 Relocation available if living outside a 50-mile radius of SPHP).- Competitive base salary range: $125,000 - $143,000.- Excellent benefits, including health/vision/dental insurances.- Paid malpractice insurance, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage.- CME allowance: $2,500 annually.- Paid time away from the practice.- 403b Retirement savings program with employer matching.
