Facility : A Federally Qualified Health Center that provides low acuity primary care services to underserved communities in the county and are staffed at local schools. Patients are the students and families. They operate six clinics that serve more than 4,800 individuals annually, fulfilling its mission to provide essential, high-quality, and affordable health care services for adults and children in the local community.
Opportunity : Locums Family Practitioner Needed for Coverage in Silicon Valley
Start Date/Duration: ASAP; 60-90 day assignment, or ongoing
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm. Open to part time or full-time schedule.
Preference for fully onsite, but will consider a hybrid schedule
Case load expectations 2-3 patients per an hour with flexibility as needed
