• Our need for a Psychiatric NP is Friday nights 7p-7a, Sunday days 7a-7p and Monday nights from 7p-7a.

Job Description :

• Nurse Practitioners (NPs) provide psychiatric emergent assessments in the Emergency Department (ED) and disposition for admission to the inpatient psychiatric units, or potential discharge from ED.
• May admit to the observation unit and are responsible for the care of patients in that environment.
• Typical volume ranges from 4 - 8 adult patients.
