Professional:
- 100% Outpatient No Nights, No Weekends, No Call
- Potential for 1 2 days of Telehealth per week
- Average 15 patients per day
- Majority of patients are med management
- Common cases include: Depression, Anxiety, Social Disorders, Alzheimers, PTSD, ADHD
- 4 day work week with 4 hours administrative time
- Option for a 4-day work week
- Full Support Staff including LCSW, LADC, LMFT,
- EMR is eclinical works
Compensation and Benefits
- $310K Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
- 6 weeks TOTAL PTO; $3,000 CME allowance
- $50K Sign on, $8K Relocation

- 457b and 401a retirement options available
- Qualifies for NHSC Loan Repayment
