As a Travel Coordinator, you will assist the travel team in arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for Veterans United employees, prospective employees, clients, and affiliates.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Process and execute requests from the following sources: Service Now tickets, email requests, and phone requests. Close out Service Now tickets upon completion for accurate record keeping and tracking.
- Accurately track all expenses, receipts, and employees tied to each request for accounting purposes through Concur.
- Assist with planning Advisory Board retreats, company incentive trips, and corporate leadership retreats.
- Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
