**Responsibilities**

Perform all tasks in a safe manner

Understand and fully utilize all test procedures.

Operate all diagnostic equipment needed to perform job

Perform all in-process and finished product testing as required by specification or as assigned by management.

Coordinate with QA Lead, Shift Supervisor, Line Leader, Production Technician, Process Engineer, and other Operations team members to resolve issues or discrepancies.

Actively participate in safety, product, and compliance audits

Enter correct data into Quality Windows, perform analysis of data, and report trends that indicate process issues.

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the QA and Operations teams.

Communicate effectively with internal customers as well as co-workers to solve problems and enhance capabilities of the team

Train others as needed

Ability to work OT as needed

Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

High School Diploma Required

At least 2 years manufacturing experience

Must be willing to rotate shifts if needed, in order to cover for other associates on vacation, sick leave, etc

This is a 12 hour day shift position

Based on business needs, Berry Global in Benson is a 24/7/365 facility
