Responsibilities


Associate Executive Director

The professional selected for this dynamic role assists the Executive Director in developing and executing strategy and manages assigned staff to meet quality standards, adhere to operating policies and applicable regulations and meet or exceed targeted financial measures. The AED learns and gains the necessary experience to assume a future Executive Director role.


Qualifications


Qualified applicants will possess a passion for serving the senior population along with a minimum or 5 years of progressive management experience and a demonstrated track record of managing a P&L cost center. Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, or hotel management is required. Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree is preferred. NHA, AL CORE certification is a plus. Must possess a valid and current driver's license.

 

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to relocate in the future if an Executive Director position becomes available to any of our locations in the US.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a large staff and create a team environment. 
  • Critical thinking and problem solving along with financial acumen, superior oral and written communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with conflict management skills to resolve employee and resident issues or concerns.
  • Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and various reporting tools.

 


Pay Range


USD $180,696.00 - USD $234,890.00 /Yr.
