We’re looking for a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in Oakland , ensuring they operate efficiently, provide exceptional service to residents, and achieve strong financial performance.


This role requires strategic leadership, problem-solving, and operational expertise . The Regional Manager will mentor and develop Property Managers, oversee leasing and maintenance operations, and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do


  • Lead and develop teams of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Resident Managers.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, rent optimization, and expense management.
  • Ensure efficient property operations, including leasing, compliance, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Identify challenges and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and residents, ensuring strong communication and service.
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety regulations, and company policies.


What You Bring


  • 5+ years of property management experience , including 3+ years in a leadership role managing multiple properties.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar), Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • California Real Estate License or professional certifications (CPM, ARM) are a plus.
