Location: Back Bay, Boston

Salary: $47,500 - $50,000 + Commission (Year 1 OTE $80K - $100K)

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you’ll dive into a hot desk with active roles from day one, learning to master the recruitment process and build your market expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Relationship Building: Engaging with clients and candidates to establish long-term partnerships.
