A Japanese manufacturing company for electronic measuring tools, located in Novi, MI is seeking a Trilingual(Japanese/Chinese/English Speaking) Inside Sales Rep. (Full time, On-site:M-F)

Salary range: $55,000~$65,000 (D.O.E)

Inside Sales Role (70%)

• Provides data and guides to help the sales team.

• Assists Sales team with quotations and planning procurement.

• Organizes and oversees advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Conducts market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.

• Completes other projects and tasks assigned by the management.

Sales Role (30%)

-Manages existing accounts to ensure continued growth.

-Travel up to 30% (mainly Midwest: KY OH and MI, possibly overseas)

-Provide customer service in English, Japanese, and Chinese.

-Attend video meetings with the Japanese office.

Background Profile:

-Language skills ( English/ Japanese and Chinese) are the MUST

-Previous Inside Sales /Sales experience in a global company
