About the Role
As an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) , your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound and outbound leads into face-to-face listing appointments for our agents. You’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging potential clients, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first contact to the appointment.
Key Responsibilities :
? Proactively call and follow up with leads using proven scripts and strategies
? Book and confirm listing appointments for our agents
? Track and update all lead activity in our CRM system
? Respond to inbound leads within five minutes via phone, email, or text
? Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through daily calls to expired listings, FSBOs, and referrals
? Provide detailed lead notes and communicate with the sales team
? Meet and exceed key performance targets, including:
- 100+ outbound dials per day
- 6+ listing appointments set per week
- 10+ new listings secured per month
? Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training workshops
? Represent our team with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Who You Are :
