Job Description

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to understand their hiring needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored staffing solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals
  • Exceed sales goals by making 50+ calls daily and driving new business


Account Executive Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years in sales or business development (B2B experience is a plus!)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with the ability to push through challenges
  • In-office Monday through Thursday, with remote Fridays
