We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, providing exceptional customer service, and closing deals for several lines of business including defeasance, derivatives, hedging, and real estate financial products. The Sales Executives’ primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

This is a full-time position located in Cedarhurst, New York.

• Generate new leads and establish relationships within the commercial real estate market.
• Extensive emailing and telephone calls are required in addition to face-to-face meetings.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential transactions, and work to negotiate deals that meet the needs of all parties involved.
• Remain current with market trends and competition, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and report on economic, demographic, and other environmental factors that could impact commercial real estate markets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with prospective and current clients through regular communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure successful transactions and satisfied clients.

Salary + Commission
