Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our client’s team, based in Seattle, WA . In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships, and driving sales growth. Your contributions will directly support the company’s mission of advancing scientific innovation.


Essential Functions:

  • Drive commercial success through effective customer engagement, presentations, and communication.
  • Partner with the Sales Director to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Translate technical information into solutions that address customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support teams.
  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows, association meetings, and networking events.
  • Travel within the assigned territory (approximately 40-50% ).
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the biotech industry , with a focus on recombinant proteins.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Work Location: Seattle, WA Hybrid (2-3 days in-office, based on business needs).
