Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Retail Sales Manager to support our team and ensure the success of our Stella Dallas boutique. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team while working in a stylish, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates employees to achieve individual and team goals.

Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Sales and Customer Experience

Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets.

Ensure the team effectively communicates product knowledge and styling expertise to customers.

Operations and Merchandising

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory control.

Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect Stella Dallas’s brand aesthetic.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with buying teams to ensure optimal stock.

Marketing and Community Engagement

Plan and execute in-store events to enhance the boutique’s visibility and drive foot traffic.

Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and influencers to grow the Stella Dallas presence in the Austin community.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a specialty retail environment.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and sales achievement.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
