Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team! With uncapped monthly commissions and a competitive base salary, the sky is the limit.


As a Sales Account Manager , you will be responsible for engaging with provided leads and establishing long-lasting relationships with B2B decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction and a consistent flow of revenue. A hunter mindset with the desire to both grow and maintain new and current accounts is critical to building a sales pipeline. You will get to go on plant visits from time-to-time and see the production facility!


A qualified candidate will be able to build strong relationships leveraging their personality and sales skills to sell our services and provide solutions to their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with provided leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their industrial repair needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their pain points, and offering tailored repair solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by consistently following up with leads.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and client information using CRM software for effective pipeline management and reporting.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales-team to learn about different industries and solutions that can be provided to clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and needs.


Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to perform duties in a high-pressure, fast-paced, always changing environment.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • High level of energy and a commitment to excellence!
  • Team player
  • Coachable and always willing to learn.
