Job Description

An established Private Credit firm based out of Miami, FL, is looking to bring on a Business Development Assistant to their team.


Business Development Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Investor Relations and Business Development team in maintaining and nurturing relationships with current and prospective investors
  • Support the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and other communications
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events with investors, stakeholders, and key partners
  • Help with the creation and execution of business development strategies and initiatives
  • Track investor inquiries, provide timely follow-up, and ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist with market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and efficient data management


Business Development Assistant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership, clients, and vendors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to assist in the management of various projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Experience coordinating logistics for events, meetings, and conferences.
