StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields - physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, pilates, and more - and brought in the world's leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist ™ training ensures clients receive a world-class stretching session.
Your Mission
- Team up with the General Manager to skyrocket membership sales, guiding new members through their first transformative experience with us.
- Showcase StretchLab as the premier fitness and wellness provider, a sanctuary where members don't just visit; they belong.
- Partner with and participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
- Become an ambassador of StretchLab's unique offerings, providing tours and insights tailored to individual needs.
- Assist the Studio Manager/Owner with the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow up with leads and missed intro classes
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required across in-person, phone, and email channels.
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group-assisted stretch and retail
- A resilient mindset prepared to engage with people, handle pressure, and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required
