Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Staffing Agency Sales Representative to help grow our client base and take Labornow HR to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the staffing industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional eager to showcase their skills and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting potential clients across various industries.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing services and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and grow professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
