Job Title: VP of Sales
Location: Irvine, CA
Full-Time role
The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategies to partner with companies with contingent workforce programs. This individual will lead initiatives to develop strong relationships and partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Contingent Workforce Program Managers, and advocates at our target leads. Reporting to the VP of sales and delivery, the person would be responsible for managing a small team of field sales, inside sales members, and Marketing team members to execute the initiatives to build a sales pipeline for Denken.
Location: The position is based out of Irvine, CA
Travel Expectations: 25% around once a month
Job Requirements:
Duties not limited to:
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new customers.
- Coach and manage sales team members to achieve sales targets; Create and implement sales policies for sales team members, making key decisions when there are disagreements within the team.
- Manage marketing content, sales documents, websites, social media sites with the marketing team.
- Manage sales event calendars, sales incentives, sales process( daily cold calls, emails, mails, campaigns, in-person meetings), sales metrics and sales training(CRM)
- Ensure CRM system reflects accurate data for contacts and accounts data.
- Manage and fill the supplier forms, RFP process and the onboarding forms for prospective leads and customers.
- Provide reporting on key sales metrics to executive team
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7 years+ prior sales experience working with contingent workforce staffing companies (Fortune 1000 companies).
- Demonstrate expertise in sales processes, tools etc.
- Good understanding of key CW job positions, job categories etc
- Must be detail-oriented and able to track and measure progress
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong established network and great presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must work independently and be a self-starter with little supervision.
- Four year degree or equivalent
