We're looking for a Business Development Insurance Agent  to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll focus on building strong connections with local businesses, offering customized group health, life, accident, and property & casualty insurance solutions. Your primary goal will be to increase business sales through outreach, relationship-building, and expert guidance in health and life insurance.


What You’ll Do:

  • Business-to-Business Sales:  Prospect and cultivate relationships with businesses to offer group health and life insurance packages tailored to their needs.
  • Attend Networking Events:  Represent the company at industry events, community gatherings, and business networking opportunities to generate leads and grow your pipeline.
  • Consult with Clients:  Engage with business owners and decision-makers, providing expert advice on group insurance options and guiding them through the selection process.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:  Use your drive and persistence to meet and exceed sales goals through cold calling, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Get Licensed:  You will be provided with the opportunity to obtain necessary health, life, accident, property, and casualty licenses if you’re not already licensed.
