We are looking for a results-driven Executive Corporate Recruiter to join our client's Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top-tier talent for executive and corporate positions across key departments, including operations, finance, sales, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for executive and corporate-level positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage top talent using advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and proactive outreach, including cold calling.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience , with a focus on corporate and executive-level roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- In-depth understanding of corporate recruiting processes and best practices.
- Experience with talent acquisition methodologies and effective HR sourcing techniques.
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms; experience with iCIMS is a plus.
- Proven ability to engage passive candidates through cold calling and direct outreach .
