Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of RAD Marketing Agency, building relationships with prospective and existing clients while driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients in person
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
