CornerStone Staffing is partnering with a growing company seeking a dynamic Guest Services Coordinator with CRM expertise. If you have a passion for service, excellent problem-solving skills, and at least two years of experience in complaint resolution, we want to hear from you!
Position: Guest Services Specialist
Location: Coppell, TX
Pay: $21/hour
Hybrid Schedule - must work onsite for several weeks of training, then every Thursday
Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary a bit based on business needs)
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly through phone, email, and social media channels.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s processes and systems to deliver positive guest experiences.
Collaborate with a passionate, diverse team to foster a supportive work environment.
Provide seamless, friendly assistance for various guest transactions.
Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
Build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments.
Address and resolve guest concerns in a calm, timely, and effective manner while achieving team benchmarks.
Uphold security and privacy standards for guest information by adhering to company policies and resolving issues appropriately.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest issue resolution.
Minimum of two years of CRM experience, preferably Zendesk
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency with grammar, spelling, and punctuation within a CRM system.
Compassionate, customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
Strategic thinker who enjoys exploring new opportunities and process improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and social media platforms.
Highly organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to type 35+ WPM and pass clerical testing
