At Sulzer, we're seeking an experienced and visionary Regional Marketing Manager within the Flow Division to drive our Marketing Communications team and strategy across North America. We create innovative and sustainable solutions in the Energy, Industrial and Clean & Wastewater Water sectors and are looking for passionate individuals who can join our collaborative team. Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans and budgets in close partnership with regional sales, alongside local and global marketing teams
• Lead and develop a high performing team of local marketing and sales support professionals
• Development and deployment of marketing and communication campaigns, including product launches
• Plan and coordinate events and exhibitions from end-to-end in the region
• Ensure the regional adoption of global marketing tools and processes
• Be a regional brand ambassador and marketing business partner to regional sales leadership
• Develop and develop campaigns

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Minimum 5 years generalist marketing experience within a global industrial manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrable experience in managing tradeshows, digital marketing, PR, Media and content adaptation
• Creative, results driven problem solver.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and empathetic team player with a hands-on attitude
