Weekend and evening hours are expected to be covered regularly by flexing normal hours.

Job Description:

• The Community Response Team (CRT) Coordinator will coordinate activities and directly support the three county-based CRTs (New Castle, Kent, and Sussex).
• This includes planning and implementing appropriate community activities/events.
• This individual is responsible to form and maintain strong relationships within and between the CRT members, community partners, individuals in the community, and the Overdose Response Center (ORC).
• The goal of Delaware's Community Response Teams is to provide a ready team of volunteers to hold and staff events to support the state's response to the overdose crisis, including training on and distributing naloxone (Narcan(r)) kits.

Qualification :

• Understanding Substance Use Disorder, community development principles and practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals, diverse client groups, and agencies.
• Ability to manage numerous priorities.
• Strong leadership abilities.
