-Organize kitchen workflow, ensuring efficiency during peak hours.
3. Food Quality & Presentation
-Oversee plating and presentation to maintain a high-end dining experience.
-Enforce strict quality control and consistency across all dishes.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
-Manage food costs, portioning, and waste reduction.
-Work with suppliers to source the best ingredients while maintaining profitability.
-Implement inventory tracking systems and minimize loss.
5. Health, Safety & Sanitation
-Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
