Scheduler


American Global Strategies  (AGS) is a boutique strategic advisory firm working with clients in the defense, aerospace, maritime, technology, finance, and private equity sectors.


AGS is growing rapidly and seeking a self-motivated scheduler with a willingness to learn and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The scheduler will be expected to come into our office in D.C. at least 4 days per week and will report directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO. This individual will be responsible for managing the schedule of the CEO which includes client meetings, business development meetings, media engagements and more. The scheduler will need to be highly resourceful with the ability to work in high pressure situations and have impeccible attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Role and Responsibilities

·        Schedule all appointments and maintain the calendar for the CEO

·        Compile and submit expense reports

·        Order office supplies as needed

·        Maintain contact lists

·        Prepare briefing papers

·        Assist the executive team with various projects

·        Book travel arrangements

·        Provide general support to team members as needed

·        Willingness to take on tasks outside of the job description when needed

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
