Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Professional Counselor at Karnes Community Health Center in Karnes City, TX. The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, assessing patient needs, creating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care to patients.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and therapy skills
• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and ethics in counseling
• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• Licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
