Job Title: Fleet Compliance Manager

Reports To : Fleet Director


FLSA Status: Exempt


SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This is a non-union, supervisory position responsible for overseeing Fleet compliance throughout all Intren’s operational units.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintains Telematics (GPS tracking) and Comdata fuel card software for set up and utilization
  • Provide research and reports to support internal investigation using telematics data
  • Administer IFTA including Quarterly Filing, Decal ordering and distribution
  • Manage Fuel Card program, including oversight of daily transactional issues, renew and replace expired fuel cards, replacing lost or damaged cards and measure vendor performance
  • Create reports for annual fuel card usage
  • Create Annual Green fuel documentation
  • Create Annual airline spend data
  • Manage Telematics Program including vendor relationship, support problems, driver training, technical support issues, and hardware upgrades and inventory management
  • Manage and audit License/Title/Registration program
  • Manage and audit DOT Compliance relating to hours of service and inspection compliance
  • Oversee and assist with all functions of each position falling under the Fleet Compliance Department
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisory personnel


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Five years of Fleet related experience highly preferred

• Customer service background

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of applicable Department of Transportation Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

• Excellent computer skills in most Microsoft programs including Word and Excel

• Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and meet varying deadlines
