Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details

Project Design/Process
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to oversee the architectural process from concept to completion.
  • Manage coordination between internal teams and consultants to ensure adherence to project budgets, staffing, and schedules.
  • Guide internal teams on code compliance, technical detailing, and construction document development.
  • Actively participate in construction administration, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and conducting on-site observations and reporting.

Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Professional degree in architecture
  • Licensed architect (professional registration)
  • Expertise in design and technical detailing
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D drafting and modeling software
  • Strong digital graphic skills, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit
  • Multifamily project experience (preferred but not required)
