Land Acquisition Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

I'm working with a fast-growing homebuilder to find a talented Land Acquisition Manager. In this role, you'll identify, evaluate, and acquire raw land and developed lots to drive growth and make a lasting impact on new communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and evaluate land and lot acquisition opportunities.
• Negotiate deals with property owners, brokers, and developers.
• Oversee due diligence, including feasibility studies and inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners on subdivision layouts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and key market contacts.
