Jack Rose Dining Saloon is seeking part-time servers.

We offer one of the largest collections of whiskey in the Western hemisphere in addition to refined yet classic, comfort American Southern cuisine. 

We can offer 3-4 server shifts per week.

Our style is casual fine dining and we strive to offer warm, professional and knowledgeable service.

Primary duties include :
- Following steps of service to greet guests, take orders, serve and clear food and beverages
- Adhering to proper cash handling procedures
- Efficiently communicating to team members in order to ensure guest experience is up to standard
- Maintaining proper organization and cleanliness of dining room during setup and breakdown
- Service with  a hospitable and pleasant demeanor at all times

Requirements:
- Two years of full-service restaurant experience
- Strong food and beverage knowledge (especially spirits knowledge)
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Ability to flawlessly follow steps of service

Compensation includes:
- Base hourly + tips (average $30-$35/hr)
- Dining and beverage discounts
