Small fine dining restaurant hiring for a GM. Our restaurant serves both an a la carte menu as well as a tasting menu. We strive to provide fine dining service with a casual and easy approach. This is a hands-on position that will require being on the floor during service and office work during the day. The restaurant is open for dinner only. Must be well versed in the details of fine dining, comfortable teaching steps of service and managing a team. Beverage knowledge is a must with emphasis on wine and cocktails. Closed Sun/Mon.
