At Grand Central Market, the Info Desk associate is the face and first impression of the Market . They are responsible for welcoming guests and providing a genuine, approachable, and hospitable experience. The associate strives for an outstanding level of service, going above and beyond to ensure every guest has a positive experience. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting guests with vendor recommendations, general venue information, merchandise sales, and GCM event inquiries
- Recognizing and building relationships with VIP visitors and repeat GCM guests
- Supporting GCM Management with projects such as merchandise inventory, events, and Info Desk set up & breakdown
