Overview:

CSP is partnering with a construction site development contractor in the Baltimore area to hire a Project Manager. The PM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. Providing administrative and technical services in the fields of scheduling, subcontract coordination, and general project administration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and report financial performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure that all work meets company and regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of project management experience in construction, preferably site development
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of local construction codes and safety regulations.
