Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling and credit analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Perform in-depth due diligence, including financial, operational, and industry assessments to support investment decisions.
• Deal Structuring and Execution: Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing private credit transactions.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio performance, providing ongoing support for strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
• Industry Research: Stay updated on market trends, emerging opportunities, and regulatory developments relevant to private credit.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates from leveraged finance or private credit backgrounds. Lateral candidates from other credit shops are highly encouraged to apply.
