Our esteemed client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join their growing investment banking team. This role serves as the "deal quarterback," bridging the gap between junior and senior team members to lead and drive the execution of M&A transactions. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors and Directors, the Vice President will play a critical role in transaction execution, due diligence, financial modeling, and client interaction. Additionally, this position supports business development, marketing activities, and strategic initiatives while managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of investment banking experience at a reputable investment bank or M&A advisory firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution required.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Expertise in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
