Regional Compliance Administrator

Contract Duration: 2 years
Skills Required
- Managing and directing the overall activities of multiple long-term care/skilled nursing facilities/Slate Veterans Homes.
- Interpretation and application of all rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of long-term care/skilled nursing/State Veteran Home
- Developing policies and procedures
- Preliminary or initiation, maintenance, and revision of Network Agreement with payors.
Skills Preferred
- Nursing home administration principles and practices.
- Federal and Slate laws governing the operations of the Arizona Slate Veteran Homes
- Law, regulations, and guidelines pertaining lo long-term care/skilled nursing facility administration.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 5-6 year experience in the administration of skilled nursing facilities
- Must have a valid Arizona Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator license - Must have a current TB Test
- Must possess an unencumbered current license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator in Arizona.
- Frequent in-stale travel is required. Position requires driving in the course of conducting State Business.
- Valid driver's license is required
- Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card * provide all these requires credentials when your candidate is selected.
Education Required
Bachelors degree although a Masters degree is desired in Healthcare Administration or a closely related field of study.
