Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
• Align marketing plans with the company’s overall business objectives and sales goals.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the homebuilding industry.
• Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability
• Brand Development:
• Strengthen and refine the company’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders in the industry.
• Event Management:
• Plan and execute marketing events, open houses, and trade shows to showcase communities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the homebuilding
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
